Keep an Open Mind

Social Media can often skew the reality of sorority recruitment. Make sure to make decisions based on the interactions and connections you make, and not what others tell you to believe.

Trust the Process 

More often than not things might not go to plan, and thats okay! The recruiter's you'll meet have all been through the process before, and lean on your Rho Alpha for support. Everything happens for a reason, and see it through to the end.

Embrace Rejection 

The reality is, you only get into one house at the end of formal recruitment. Focus your energy on what's ahead of you and finding your sisterhood at the end!

Be Authentic 

You'll want to be in a sisterhood that supports you for you. To get the most out of your sorority experience, you'll want to be yourself and trust the right people will find their way to you.
